Responsibility
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and project milestones.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to management.
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence and presentations.
- Track project progress and flag potential delays or risks.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
