Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
