Responsibility
- Support site and project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare detailed reports on project status.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
