Responsibility
- Lead and supervise maintenance, repair, and optimization of machinery and equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies for utility, mechanical, and electrical systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train engineering staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence, safety, and innovation.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for outsourced engineering services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Maintenance Supervisor).
- Proven expertise in utility systems, mechanical maintenance, and electrical engineering in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
- Proficiency in using CAD software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and other engineering tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of team development.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations (e.g., K3), and environmental compliance standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
