Responsibility
- Develop and optimize engineering processes for new and existing product models to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to support product development and innovation.
- Design and test prototypes, ensuring they meet technical specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance, troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions.
- Document technical procedures, best practices, and process changes for internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process development, manufacturing, or product engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, CAD software, and production systems.
- Proven ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and reporting.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on results.
