Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement custom engineering applications tailored to client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and technical teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure project viability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing engineering systems and applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical manuals and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Train end-users and internal teams on the effective use of engineering applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application engineering, system integration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), simulation tools, and programming languages (Python, C++, or MATLAB).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ANSI).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
