Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project schedules, blueprints, and engineering change orders.
- Ensure full compliance with aviation safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Facilitate communication between site operations and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product non-conformities and oversee the implementation of robust, long-term solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure material availability and adherence to technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace or high-precision automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP).
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a multicultural environment.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred but not required.
