As a Project Engineer at ESCO, you will work on impactful infrastructure and technical projects, ensuring that safety, quality, and timelines are met with precision. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end site execution, ensuring projects align with engineering standards and specifications.
- Lead design coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and optimize construction methodologies.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical submittals, and site meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and on-site teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Perform site inspections and troubleshooting to address technical bottlenecks proactively.
- Communicate project status updates effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a project engineering or site management capacity.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
