Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, project documentation, and site progress updates.
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Perform site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Conduct regular site meetings to align stakeholders on project timelines and expectations.
- Support project managers in resource allocation and risk management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project engineering or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications accurately.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality management systems.
