Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate and property development projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify opportunities.
- Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to secure permits, approvals, and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to plans and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and legal teams to ensure project designs meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate community engagement and public consultations to address concerns and build support for projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities, expenditures, and milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project development, real estate, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and construction standards in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting for real estate projects.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
