Responsibility
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify potential project opportunities in Bali.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for management.
- Facilitate community engagement and stakeholder consultations to ensure project sustainability and acceptance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.
- Support the preparation of funding applications and grant proposals to secure project financing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project development, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working in multicultural environments or international projects is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
