Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of the new development project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Oversee facility management and engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate healthcare-specific requirements into the design and construction process.
- Ensure that all project documentation, reports, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, facility management, or engineering, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
