Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to align resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
- Lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in experiential design, events, or construction industries.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits or client meetings.
