Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to align resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in experiential design, events, or construction industries.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits or client meetings.
