Responsibility
- Oversee and support maintenance and project works, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for repair, maintenance, and project-related activities to optimize budget allocation.
- Prepare and present financial reports, cost estimates, and budget proposals to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor project expenditures and identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project finances, contracts, and procurement activities.
- Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project profitability and compliance.
- Utilize IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) software to streamline project management and financial tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, cost analysis, or project coordination, preferably in maintenance or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in IFS or similar ERP systems for project and financial management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and contract law.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
