Responsibility
- Assist in the formulation and preparation of project proposals and comprehensive development plans.
- Conduct field visits and gather data to monitor the progress and status of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation required for project audits and reviews.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in project workflows and recommend practical solutions to management.
- Maintain organized records of project-related communications, budgets, and physical outputs.
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to internal policies and regional development guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in both office settings and field environments.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in project management or community development is a distinct advantage.
