Responsibility
- Lead the planning and implementation phases of railway infrastructure development projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, consultants, and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget allocation, and resource optimization.
- Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory standards and corporate safety protocols.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new asset development initiatives.
- Identify potential project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or development, preferably within the rail or infrastructure sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and site construction processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex engineering challenges under tight deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., BEM/PE) is highly regarded.
