Green Carbon is seeking a dynamic Project Development - Area Manager to join our team in Laguna. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our local operations, responsible for bridging the gap between high-level organizational objectives and day-to-day execution.
As an Area Manager, you will spearhead project lifecycles from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee complex planning initiatives, and ensure that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and under budget. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate challenges, optimize workflows, and drive our mission forward in the Calabarzon region.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project planning, from conceptualization to final implementation and site turnover.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor budget utilization and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Provide operational support to site teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and organizational standards.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project progress and team productivity.
- Prepare regular analytical reports for senior management regarding regional performance and resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth among team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or area operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial literacy, with experience in budget tracking and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Jira) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in the Laguna/Calabarzon region with minimal supervision.
