Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end telecom project activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor site progress, track project milestones, and provide regular status updates to project managers.
- Facilitate communication between internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and external clients.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation, including permits, site reports, and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance and safety protocols are being followed.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions to keep operations on schedule.
- Manage inventory and resource allocation to prevent delays in the field.
- Prepare accurate project reports and budget summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electronics, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to interpret technical project plans and site layouts.
- Willingness to perform field site visits within Negros Occidental as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency.
