Responsibility
- Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring that site schedules align with the overall project timeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and report potential bottlenecks, safety risks, or quality deviations to the Project Manager.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, daily site logs, and safety checklists.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and ensure on-site resources are utilized efficiently.
- Coordinate site inspections and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Support the project team in managing budgets and controlling wastage on-site.
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITE certification in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in landscape construction or general construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of site operations and project coordination workflows.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between field teams and office stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding site environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high regard for workplace safety.
