Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring that site schedules align with the overall project timeline.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project requirements.
  • Monitor site progress and report potential bottlenecks, safety risks, or quality deviations to the Project Manager.
  • Manage project documentation, including progress reports, daily site logs, and safety checklists.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and ensure on-site resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Coordinate site inspections and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
  • Support the project team in managing budgets and controlling wastage on-site.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or ITE certification in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in landscape construction or general construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of site operations and project coordination workflows.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction blueprints.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between field teams and office stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding site environment.
