Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate BIM coordination, including model reviews, clash detection, and resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate submissions, approvals, and documentation with regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts in collaboration with stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, including progress updates, meeting minutes, and action items for key stakeholders.
- Support the procurement process for M&E materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between project teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in M&E project coordination, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, construction processes, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
