Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and resolve any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders to foster collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
