Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
