Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
- Supervise and lead site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and vendors, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to align project goals and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing corrective actions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
