Responsibility
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for M&E components
- Conduct comprehensive quotation analysis and evaluation for subcontractor bids
- Develop and maintain project cost databases and reporting systems
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective design solutions
- Monitor project costs and identify potential savings opportunities
- Prepare progress claims and final accounts for M&E works
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities and assess work progress
- Provide cost advice and value engineering recommendations
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying
- Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and construction processes
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Indonesian construction projects is a plus
