Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily project activities to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and resolve project-related issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Assist in resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and alignment with project specifications.
- Support the preparation of tenders, contracts, and procurement processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
