Responsibility
- Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Support the project manager in resolving issues and optimizing resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
