Responsibility
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary data for estimations.
- Develop and maintain a database of cost information for future reference and benchmarking.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing principles.
