Responsibility
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project deliverables.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other related documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
