Responsibility
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project milestones and address any on-site challenges.
- Support the project manager in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
