Responsibility
- Lead and manage HRMS implementation projects for clients across the Asia Pacific region.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, analysts, and support staff, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored HRMS solutions to meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to clients on HRMS functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and user satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting, project management, or HRMS implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and familiarity with HRMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
