Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence (BI) and intelligent automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
- Drive the adoption of robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven insights.
- Manage and mentor a team of BI and automation specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in BI, AI, and automation to recommend and implement best practices.
- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate BI and automation solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or intelligent automation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and automation platforms like UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in business processes is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in BI, data analytics, or automation (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, UiPath RPA Developer) are advantageous.
