Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using C# .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for construction industry workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and implementing efficient algorithms.
- Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in the construction or engineering sector is a plus.
