Responsibility
- Lead a squad of AI/ML engineers to develop and deploy GenAI solutions for Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven tools and frameworks across Google's ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical strategy.
