Responsibility
- Develop and maintain secure, high-performance software solutions for Google's core products.
- Implement and enforce safe coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable, secure systems.
- Conduct code reviews and security audits to identify and resolve potential risks.
- Research and integrate emerging security technologies and best practices.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on security (e.g., OWASP Top 10, secure coding principles).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with security tools (e.g., static/dynamic analysis, penetration testing).
