As the Market Manager (Accommodation), you will own and nurture relationships with key accommodation partners across Bali, from boutique hotels in Ubud to luxury resorts in Nusa Dua. Your mission? To expand our supply network, negotiate high-impact deals, and ensure our platform remains the go-to choice for travelers seeking unforgettable stays. Youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory, all while keeping a pulse on market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Travelokaâs accommodation supply network across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accommodation partners, from boutique hotels to large resorts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Negotiate competitive contracts, pricing, and promotional deals to enhance Travelokaâs market competitiveness and drive conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to optimize inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns for maximum impact.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve their visibility and bookings on the Traveloka platform.
- Represent Traveloka at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen our brand presence in Baliâs hospitality sector.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as supply growth, conversion rates, and revenue, to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market management, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of negotiating deals, managing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions for partner meetings and industry events.
