Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications for global payment systems, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver seamless payment experiences.
- Optimize app performance for low-latency transactions, reducing friction in payment flows.
- Implement robust security measures (e.g., encryption, tokenization) to protect sensitive financial data.
- Integrate third-party payment gateways, APIs, and SDKs to expand payment capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliability and compliance with financial regulations.
- Monitor and analyze payment system metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Stay ahead of Android development trends (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, etc.) and fintech innovations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Android development experience with a focus on fintech or payment systems.
- Proficiency in Kotlin/Java and modern Android frameworks (Jetpack, Coroutines, etc.).
- Experience with payment APIs (Stripe, PayPal, local providers) and PCI-DSS compliance.
- Strong understanding of networking, encryption, and secure data transmission.
- Familiarity with backend integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to optimize app performance for high-volume transactions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (JUnit, Espresso).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
