Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates for client projects.
- Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Represent IBEX at job fairs, career expos, and industry events to enhance employer branding.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with project needs and company culture.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our ATS.
- Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently in a project-based, remote, or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with employer branding techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for innovative recruitment and staying ahead of industry trends.
