Responsibility
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Manage payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Oversee HR reward processes, including bonuses, incentives, and performance-based compensation.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, pensions, allowances) and negotiate with vendors.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to forecast compensation budgets and analyze cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through transparent and attractive reward systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven expertise in payroll management, salary structuring, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate complex C&B concepts clearly.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
