Responsibility
- Partner with the People Specialist to define hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for open roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidatesâ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage candidate communications, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employer branding and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS, job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet), and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based setting.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and techniques to attract passive candidates.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
