Responsibility
- Assist in the reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency between internal records and external statements.
- Support the Portfolio Operations Team in processing trading, investment, and reporting activities to maintain operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on reconciliation activities, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and verify financial data entries to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reconciliation workflows.
- Provide ad-hoc support for back-office operations, including data validation, documentation, and client reporting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting financial reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Basic understanding of financial reconciliation processes, accounting principles, or back-office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) and familiarity with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
