Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders to support BCA Finance’s business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessments for consumer loan applications to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential partners and expanding the company’s network in Bali.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, risk management, and operations) to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Provide personalized financial solutions and advisory services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and integrity.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, recommending improvements or adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on relationship management activities, market trends, and credit portfolio performance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, financial products, and market conditions to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or credit analysis within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client/partner relationships with a focus on mutual growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess creditworthiness and financial risks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or financial software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
