As a Finance & HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and supporting HR functions to maintain a seamless employee experience. Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as banks, auditors, and insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and HR records using digital tools and software.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and HR teams, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, payroll processing, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and financial regulations is a plus.
