Responsibility
- Develop and expand BCA Finance’s customer base in Bali through proactive sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct field surveys and analyze customer data to assess creditworthiness and eligibility for financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and promote BCA Finance’s products and services to potential customers through one-on-one meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Stay updated on BCA Finance’s product offerings, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with financial products, credit analysis, and customer eligibility assessment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
