Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze client accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with financial agreements.
- Conduct follow-ups via phone calls and in-person visits for overdue payments, providing clear and professional communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance on financial matters.
- Prepare and present reports on account statuses, payment trends, and collection activities to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and company policies to ensure adherence in all client interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance collection efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, collections, or customer service roles.
