Responsibility
- Establish and enforce project inspection criteria to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and lead the review of project designs, providing constructive feedback to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Oversee the implementation of project elements, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with architectural plans.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Architect or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building certifications is an advantage.
