Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for property development and management projects.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government agencies to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Handle property-related correspondence, including lease agreements, permits, and legal documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections as required.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for property portfolios, including financial and operational data.
- Assist in resolving administrative or logistical issues to minimize project delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project administration, preferably in property or real estate.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
