Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of permits and regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, correspondence, and compliance documents.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress.
- Resolve administrative issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration, permits coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and permit processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
