Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project workflows.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, flagging potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and procurement activities.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide administrative support for site visits, inspections, and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with contract administration, procurement processes, and financial tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to project sites in Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar).
