Esys Construction is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Admin (Building Construction) to join our expanding team in Bali. Responsibility
- Assist the project manager in everyday execution, monitoring, and coordination of civil and building works.
- Prepare, draft, and modify technical layouts and project drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system for all project-related documents, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Support the procurement department by preparing purchase requisitions, verifying supplier invoices, and tracking material delivery schedules.
- Compile data and draft regular project progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Liaise with subcontractors, site supervisors, and suppliers to ensure efficient operational flow.
- Assist in monitoring site safety records and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) as a Project Administrator, Document Controller, or equivalent role in building construction.
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD software for reviewing and modifying structural and architectural drawings.
- Demonstrated experience in managing procurement documents, site reports, and construction archives.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
