Responsibility
- Monitor and control project execution for new store openings, refurbishments, maintenance, and closures.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project workflows.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
