Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and systems on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align MEP activities with project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during construction.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for accuracy.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including progress reports, as-built drawings, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with local and international construction standards (e.g., SNI, NFPA, NEC).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical challenges on-site.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
